Study the Status of the Caspian Coast Tourism Based on SWOT:An Over View to The Promotion of Maritime Sport Tourism in Mazandaran Province as a part of Development Law

The northern shores of Iran, especially the shores of Mazandaran province, have long been a popular destination for tourists. Sea and coastal tourism is one of the most popular forms of tourism in today's world. Mazandaran province is one of the coastal regions in our country With the unique attractions frequency capacities in the field of tourism in sporting events associated, This research tries to study and analyze the strengths, Weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the strategy on coastal tourism province with emphasizing that attended on sports activities. This research method is descriptive-analytical and formed like field method.
The study consisted of managers and deputies department of tourism and department of sport and teenagers of Mazandaran province (24) people, the managers and the deputies of coastal cities in Mazandaran province (24) people, President and Vice-Presidents of the forums of (soccer, volleyball, handball, lifeguard and water sports) of coastal cities in Mazandaran (96) people, due to the Morgan table and assuming to the maximum population of Statistical (348) people as a sample were chosen. The results show that the Coastal tourism of Mazandaran provinces In terms of strategic location and the internal and external matrix is located in the Conservative area؛in other words it can take advantage of opportunities in the external environment in coastal tourism on emphasizing on sports activities can make the weakness of internal problems better. That means in The outside there are very good opportunity to promote coastal tourism province with an emphasizing on sports activities. But because of weakness in the domestic environment (organization) cannot be exploiting these opportunities.
